I selected a dryer that had the fastest delivery date. Well the first thing you discover is the "delivery date" on their webpage has absolutely nothing to do with when you will actually receive it as they sub out the shipping to another company (add another week to that delivery date). Then the delivery people are in a huge hurry to install and leave resulting in damage to our walls do to it getting hit by their hand truck. And, the machine arrived without the parts I ordered which means more time contacting the company and waiting for refunds. And there was supposed to have been a rebate of $50 on my purchase that never happened. Overall I would not recommend going this route. Look to your local appliance store to purchase as they often care more about your satisfaction than this big box, uncaring place.
Addendum: Since they use subcontractors for their delivery and they damaged our home during the delivery Appliance Connection files damage claims with these subcontractors (thus AC accepts no responsibility for their subcontractors). In my case, the claim was denied due to (1) the subcontractor did not document that they damaged our home during the delivery (surprise) and (2) it is the home owners responsibility to cover walls and floors with safety materials to prevent the subs from damaging your home. AC offered a gratuitous offer to pay a fraction of the cost... gee thanks!
