The prices are good... BUT... the service SUCKS...! When calling in an order. I have waited up to 24 Minutes...! I have went the "we will call you back " option and they did call back my (9:09 AM) call the NEXT day late ( 3:02 PM) afternoon and left a voicemail...! I ordered 2 black cartridges on 6 Dec. 2023... 12 Jan 2024 still have not received them... I have left a voicemail for them to cancel my order and to send me a text or email to let me know that will cancel my order and refund my money... NO RESPONSE...! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN...! Also had problems getting the printer to work with their cartridges...! MY order #07 - ******* 12/6/2023 9:31 AM
Tip for consumers:
They suck....!!! 37 days and no ink... no response to phone calls..... NOTHING....!!!!
