The whole company seems to be corrupt and why do they not even post their legal name which is shopnbc. I only found out because I put a complaint in to the better business bureau and had to file against shopnbc... no one I spoke with seems to ever heard the name Evine. Anyway I have a good case against them, plenty of evidence but no energy or money to fight them, so all I can do is say do your home work first and if you see something suspicious, as you have, check it out thourgly. I bought an expensive tv from them and it lasted two months, one month past their warranty, however they are still advertising that tv till this day as having a two year warranty from the company. They are unable to provide a provide a policy number or warranty company name for me so the manufacture has asked me to pay $550.00 for repairs on a tv that went totally black after two months. The maker of the tv says it has an internal damage and could of been caused by anything but won't cover it without that policy number. When I took shoopnbc to BBB, they replied that they couldn't help me cause I refused to provide emails to them. This had nothing to do with me getting a policy name or number. As I sit here typing this Evine is running commercials and lying about warranty that a bogus... and I think to myself, what else are they doing?
