I had a problem with Shophq. My mom moved in with me. Without authorization they linked our accounts together and refuse to allow her to order. Just because my elderly mother moved in with me they will not allow her to purchase anything. This network sucks! The ONLY thing she would have ordered was an Invicta watch. This company is worthless
Who in the world told these hostesses that you can pinch the the heel cup to make it fit tighter. Duh, these are supposed to slip up and down, pinky finger width between heel of your foot and heel of the clog. These are to act like regular clogs, the sole should NOT bend at all. The wide heel cup is only there for OSHA regulations for safety in the workplace. I have never seen anyone so ignorant about these shoes
I bought a refurbished apple tablet and it never worked for me. Called evine many times, they gave me a number and where to go. They wanted to charge me $125.00 and I said no. They told me I could go to apple store. In the mean time I was going to send tablet back and dropped it and a crack was in it. Evine would not take it back. The lady at evine said they do not check these refurbished when they are sent to them. They don't know if they work or not. Anyway I am paying on ax$500.00 dollar tablet I have never been able to use. This will take years. Apple told me they would charge me 500.00 to fix. Eve though the tablet was cracked they know I could never get it to work anyway. Don't trust evine.
Worse company ever! I will never order anything from these thieves. I sent back some cheap boots and paid $12 for priority shipping to them and they said flatly since the boots were outside the 30 day policy they would not refund my $$$. They can keep their junky secondhand products with customer service like this I can spend my $$$ elsewhere easily. Buyer beware. They wanted to keep my $$$ and the boots! Yeah right... NOT happening

Awful company. I purchased an expensive watch for my husband's birthday, and the watch was defective. Evine would not take it back because it was over the 30 days, although the watch had been opened less than a week ago. Customer Service throw the policy at you, without consideration of any special circumstances. Clearly they value revenue over customer satisfaction. Bottom line, I'm out of my money and my husband without the watch. This will be my last dealing with Evine.
I was interested in a few clothing items and when the sales rep gave me my balance, I questioned why it was so high. She immediately wanted to transfer me to her Supervisor to check the price. Of course, the price was much higher than shown on television. Also, the rep had already charged my Debit Card! Now, even though I made it clear to do not run my card until we confirm the prices, I have to wait 3-5 business days to have this transaction reversed! I will never purchase anything from them! Ever!
On phone with customer service for over hour. The agent was very pleasant. It was in reference to a price drop. She spoke to supervisor. Decision I get credit.
Guess what received email. No deal
Next, a few weeks ago I saw an item interested in buying. Called. Did not know item no. Hung up on me. Not once. Called again. Hung up.

I ordered a pair of rain boots from Evine. They were not true to size and felt much larger than a 9. In asking what Evine would charge for my return, I was told they would deduct 6.99 + shipping which was fine+ an additional $9:99, which would mean I would receive $8:99 of the $25:97+6.99(SHIPPING) I paid for the boots.
I consider that AN UNFAIR RETURN POLICY for they do not tell you that in plain sight when an order is placed.
Evine pulled my credit without my consent. I do not know how they did thid without my Social Security and my authorization. I have read that it is in fine print somehere that they are authorized to do this. However, I ordered over the phone and was not told this by the representative. I have cancelled my order and will no lomger do business with them. I will stick to QVC.
Evine holds no comparison to HSN or QVC on subscription/auto flex items.
The accounting procedure is not the same as quoted by host for value pay.
No two reps give the same explanation -it is as if they have no clue.
I will NEVER use Evine again. They have randomly charged my debit card and not in
Standards witht the host quoted value pay. The refunds are marked on the account however take 2 weeks to be processed -stating it is the bank. When the account shows the returned item received but you call and the refund has not yet been processed.

Kendy and melissa are the worst tv hosts ive ever seen... they talk with an air of desperation in their voice and repeat the same corny stuff over and over... especially when their desperate to fill air time. Its just nauseating... like car salesman... i hust turn the channel
This company sucks, terrible service, returned a item, took over 3 weeks for them to issue credit and even then the amount was incorrect. Terrible Terrible, save your self the frustration
Thieves! Their accounting is all over the place, makes no sense, doesn't add up, they close your account without telling you, all of a sudden you receive a collections notice, so you contact Evine, and all they have to say is sorry, we closed your account and can longer help you? So now I had to go through all my financial statements, and of course nothing adds up, and I paid actually more in total than what I owed... what?
Guys DO NOT order thru Evine.
HSN n QVC are more dependable.
I by mistake selected Express Buy n ordered 2 similar products! When I called to cancel as status showed processing they refused claiming its been shipped! I got shipped notification after 4 days!

Good selection, easy returns, good pricing. Enough selection that you can choose, what best fits your requirements. Hosts explain the products, so you understand what it is your receiving and how to apply or usd it.
I just bought a tv on the phone with them and shortly received a credit alert stating they did a credit inquiry. One if i knew they were going to do this i would not of bought from them and two no one told me over the phone that this was part of the process for installment payments. I will never buy from them again. Sneaky Sneaky Sneaky!
I've noticed show hosts as well as models are all wearing white. Could this be in response to President Trumps address when all of the female democratic party wore white to represent the suffragette movement? Really? And wouldn't stand in honor of a fallen military hero? How petty and ridiculous. Evine, you may fool some of the people, but you don't fool me. I wouldn't use your products if they were given to me for free.
I have shopped w/ Evine for many years and recently paid off the credit card I had w/ them. I recently ordered an item from them w/ my own bank credit card and got an email that a credit check was made through one of the major credit companies, equifax! What the hell? This was on Val u pay and my own personal money and they do a hard credit check? Horrible! I will never shop w/ them again! Never knew this was being done and dont know what the benefit would be when ordering from them. Lesson learned the hard way!
Bought a watch for my son for christmas 2017, but he didnt like it, so i was going to return with the label that came with the watch. I called the company only to find out they are going to charge me for what they call the "smart label" $7.95? Since when do you pay for a return label? Never again will i shop with Evine. They dont tell you first order with them.
Rec'd notice credit card declined on Value pay. Lost wallet, cd. Replaced. Called Evine with new no. Thought matter cleared up. Staff didn't tell me it had to be done on all Value Payment. Said I was going to clelection. Called Evine 2 more times. Enept staff didn't do required action. Ended up in collection. Value Pay at Evine jeopardizes your credit. DON'T EVER USE IT!
Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE VALUE PAY. Staff is inept and lies. I placed a no. of calls to clear up mistake. Evine said calls are recorded, yet they told me they had no record of my calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I would have given them no stars if I was able to!
I ordered a mobile phone for my son Birthday. Phone never came in the box. I called Evine they told me i needed to open a Claim and wait more 7 days to get my refund. I told them if i could get another phone they said needed to charge me again. These people only care about themselves not the customers. Dont buy there you will regret it. Never again. Horrible
Purchased a tv that had an extended two year warranty and could only be sent back up to 30 days... well turns out no extended warranty according to manufacture and within three months, tv would no longer turn on... it was an expensive 55 in uhd that i will be paying on for three years through financing and evine won't stand behind there tv advertisement despite so many calls, in fact Samsung told me it was a hoax!
