I understand you're concerned about the status of your order.

I checked your account and I can see that your order has already been shipped and is currently in transit. Kindly take note that delivery time takes between 10-15 business days. Please allow us the same amount of time to deliver your order safely. We appreciate your patience in this case.

Also, please be advised that the items in the order have been shipped in separately and will not be in the same package.

Upon further checking, I've found that we've encountered some delays while processing the order, but as soon as it was resolved, we were also able to ship out your order.

It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to obtain your order and prepare it for shipment. However, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause certain delays. I do apologize that it has taken longer than usual. We thank you for your patience.

IT SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE...IF THAT IS POSSIBLE!

Today, I got a reply from my December 18th email to them! Let me know if you have more clarity than I do
