Do not buy from Outdoorsportsmail.com! I paid £400 and after three months my goods never came. I asked many times and got broken emails from customer service saying it had been dispatched and believe you will be happy with out products. Nothing was dispatched and luckily I got back my money as paid on credit card via PayPal, less about £20; which I can live with. It's a shocking scam site and I should have done my research before I ordered. Website no longer available as I assume they have collected people's money and moved onto some other scam. Should be no stars!

Do not buy from Outdoorsportsmail.com! I paid £400 and after three months my goods never came. I ordered a pategonia jacket jacket. It did not arrive after 4 weeks. I put a tracer on it…it was in China. I went through PayPal for a refund, then w/in a month I received a fake pategona, At that point PP could do no more as I had received merchandise". My local consumer reporter said there was nothing he could do either. Wasted $100. The jacket is rrash.

I made a purchase that had an option to pay an additional $4.99 for faster delivery of 2-3 days. It has been 8 days today and still no item. I called customer service asking for a call back 4 days ago, still no response. I sent an email last week to inquire about the delay and ask for a refund for the expedited delivery fee, no response.

This company was sued in Texas. Here's a screenshot that shows information people can look up and get info to pursue this company legally, and facts of the case also.

Not only has this company continued to take orders, charge credit cards, and fail to deliver products. They then avoid the customer and kick the can down the street until it is too late to file a claim with your credit card company.

On top of that, they shield their identity behind Domains by Proxy and Shopify. At this point, I have been unable to find any information on who owns this company. At some point, It may be prudent to pursue Fraud charges or a Class Action Suit.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away unless you like to buy items you will never receive.

Repeated emails, calls, messages left... once again tonight i tried the live chat... and when it said the usual of operators assisting 2 other customers and to email or leave message, I replied... NO... I will wait for someone... then "Melo" came on and assisted me and took 15 minutes to "check" on my order and said it was being prepared for shipment... right. It has been 7 weeks since I ordered. I feel so stupid.

My wife placed two separate orders in November 2016. It has been two months of calling, emailing and leaving messages. I finally spoke with a real person and explained the situation. He said the orders got lost and had already been resent. I was not allowed to cancel. Then he hung up on me. I had to file a dispute with my bank for paying for products I never received.

Same as others. They are a scam site. Some one needs to contact The isp and have them removed. Got to call bank and see if I can reverse charges.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! Ordered two yet cups in December, 2016. Received an email that shipping would be delayed due to heavy holiday orders. I have been emailing this joke of a company. First response was it would be mailed in the next 5-8 days and they apologized for the delay. That was in February, 2018. That time has come and gone. I emailed again today and they are now claiming they don't know what order I'm talking about. I will tell everyone I know about this bull$#*!! Rating is a 0!

I purchased a 20 oz Rambler on December 5,2016 and have yet to receive it. I have called and emailed numerous times, and never receive a response to either. I was finally able to chat online with Geraldine, supposedly their Customer Service supervisor, and she guaranteed that my order would arrive by December 30,2016. I chatted online again on January 3,2017, this time with a rep. Named Willy. He typed sorry for the delay and that he would 'prioritize' my order. Still didn't receive order so I chatted online again on January 10,2017, the rep. Was Willy again. He gave the same canned response, "sorry for delay, I will prioritize your order." Willy would not provide a phone number to where a Supervisor/Management could actually be reached, he said all you can do is email, chat, leave voicemail.

Today is January 13,2017 and I have still not received my order. This company and their Customer Service are horrible! Buyer Beware! Purchase elsewhere if possible.

Ordered and paid one december 11th. NEVER received! Keep getting the runaround and will not refund money because order is "in process"! Complete scam. They told me on January 4th that items were back in stock (I never knew they weren't in stock) and I should receive it from the South Carolina warehouse within the week. That is last time I was able to make contact with them. Now they have closed the original site and opened a new site called Outdoors Outlet. Do not be deceived. Same business with same bad customer service. Filing complaint with better business. I want my refund!

I purchase Yeti cup October 29,2016. I have been able to ge a hold of some twice during the whole time. Both times I was on the phone about 45 min each time.

I sent emails and never get a response. Only thing left is to make it a lesson learn and mark it as spam. Better luck to everyone.

Ordered 4 mugs from them, nothing shipped and they do not answer emails or phone calls.

This website is a total scam and I wished I had done my homework.

Do not do business with this company! Lies to you says it's on it way! Will not return emails, calls or on chat line no response either unless it's a lie. I have two orders I never seen and according to other reviews I never will! I'm beyond made! Spread the word

Placed an order on December 10,2016. Left many messages and emails. Did Chat online and get the same canned answer each time. Took the money and never produced items. They are still advertising these items for sale when they can't produce items already paid for.

I have had the same problem as others have had with this company. I made a purchase for Christmas and still have not received my order. Contacted someone seven days ago and was told to 'wait five days or sooner.' I waited the five days and now I am unable to get in touch with anyone. Money was withdrawn from my account three days after the order was placed. This is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Camping and Fishing Outlet changes names! Takes your money and never deliveries! Spent $120 December 5th. Will not return emails, chat, FB PRIVATE MESSAGES and 888# says to leave and email. They have not returned any of my messages except to say, forwarded to customer service via email. All comments are the same as mine on facebook. No one has received product but money was deducted! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered in October of 2016 for Xmas presents and never received my order. When I contacted them about my order they told me they didn't know what had happened and did I still want the order. I said yes as long as they could get them by Xmas. I never received them and then in January of 2017 they sent me an e-mail saying that they had been back ordered but now they have them and would like to ship my order. I told them not to and to just credit my card. I still have not received a credit. That is $8 for two Yeti cups that they ripped me out of. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed 2 orders in December (12th & 27th) but have not gotten my orders in the mail. They do not return emails nor online chat messages nor voice messages. When I call, most of the time I get a message stating to leave a voice message, but they do not call back. I've managed to get through & speak to a representative, Spencer, on December 26,2016. He said my order was on back order but was now in stock & was being shipped out that day. Today is January 6,2017, I have not received my order. I called them again today & spoke to a person by the name of "Jirak". She said the items were on back order & now in stock & are getting ready to be shipped out soon but could not give me an exact date. Both times that I called, the phone calls had bad connections. It's hard to understand them because of the static noise.

I called the Yeti's official website (phone *******384). The customer service representative said OutdoorsOnline.com, based out of China, use fake Yeti's merchandise. The Yeti rep also said they've been trying to get the Outdoors Online website removed. Contact your bank on getting your transaction(s) reversed.

I ordered 4 Yeti Tumblers in November for Christmas - Never received them. The original name of the company I ordered from was Camping and Fishing Outlet. The website for that company not says "Site can't be reached" (They have taken it down). BUT they came back as Outdoors Online and as of last week, their website says " We'll be back soon - currently unavailable". (They have taken it down). However they are not back as Outdoors Outlet. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, They charged my credit card the same day I order so they got their money and I got nothing! Linda S Bailey from Culpeper, Virginia

12 phone calls with leaving messages. No call back. Sent emails same thing. No return emails. They take your money and NO Product. THAT'S A RIPP-OFF.
