Does PetCareRX give pro-rated refunds when you cancel your membership? My baby passed 11/18/2021 account just closed today.

really concerned about bad reviews for service. If PetCareRx can't get the shipping right, how can I trust them to get meds right? If PCR has been scamming customers with the PetPlus "membership" how can I trust them? Complaints date back to 2010 and as current as 2017 yet the scam continues - I know, because PCR 'enrolled' me in their auto-renewable 'membership." I have written confirmation of cancelation and have forwarded that to my credit card company, but still, no cost saving is worth dealing with what appears to be unethical practice.
Has anyone gotten pet medication from this site? Is it trustworthy? Also, do they require a prescription? Thanks:-)
