really concerned about bad reviews for service. If PetCareRx can't get the shipping right, how can I trust them to get meds right? If PCR has been scamming customers with the PetPlus "membership" how can I trust them? Complaints date back to 2010 and as current as 2017 yet the scam continues - I know, because PCR 'enrolled' me in their auto-renewable 'membership." I have written confirmation of cancelation and have forwarded that to my credit card company, but still, no cost saving is worth dealing with what appears to be unethical practice.

PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!

They charge a annual fee for each pet you have, mine ended up being a little over $300 just for the annual fee! Sams.club has the same meds for almost same price (I think sams is like $3 more for the meds I was getting)

I have had auto delivery from PetCare RX. It has been like clockwork and communication about a shortage of one med has been good Customer service regarding this shortage is excellent..

I didn't have to sign up for a membership to get my dog's med. Shipping was prompt. When my dog got sick from the med (from a previous purchase) I was able to return the unopened shipping box for a full refund.
