There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.

TEMU is amazing and so is there customer service. Period.

TEMU claims to have a "Purchase Protection Program", but they DO NOT stand by it.
