I am in Australia and I have tried to contact Vibeshop.com for the past 2 weeks via email & phone and had no response. My order was placed over a month ago and I have not heard anything from them! Anyone have a suggestion on how I can get ahold of them? Spent well over $400 AUS to get this item with postage... just want the item or a refund
