A few weeks ago I've ordered two dildos from this store. The package arrived on time and I was really excited to use my new toys. However, one of dildos did not look like what I've expected. The color was much darker and it was a little longer and fatter than it looked in the pictures. I've contacted them to get the return information and reorder the right color and size. But it turned out that they did not have a substitution, so they just told me to keep both dildos and issued a refund for one of them. It wasn't an expensive toy, but I still felt like it was a nice gesture.

I placed an order and receive confirmation on April 5,2016. The confirmation stated that after 1-3 business days I would receive an email with shipping information. 10 days later no email on the status or shipping information for my purchase. I emailed them at least five times on the order status and did not get any reply. I called their phone number numerous times and days with no one answering. Beware.

I had made a purchase with vibeshop.com online. After not receiving the product within a reasonable 14 days, I called and left a message, and an email. No response. Repeated messages left at 1 month and 45 days. No response. It wasn't until initiating a dispute with PayPal that I heard from anyone. After telling them that I no longer needed the product and required a refund, they told me that the item "Got lost" at FedEx and that FedEx was shipping the item. They sent me the tracking number which showed the item being picked up the day I requested a refund. How dumb can one be?
I returned the item figuring that I would get a refund a few days after tracking said that Phoenician Secret Inc received it... no. It has been a month.
They said that money was sent to PayPal to refund my returned item. No, said PayPal's claims department.
Very deceitful business practices. How are businesses allowed to get away with this?

After 5 months of back and forth, stalling, and being lied to, and finally involving PayPal Claims Department, I have a refund... and 30 text messages from * back-peddling and stating that it was, "all a misunderstanding".

Make your choices wisely with whom you do business with online. This company... not a smart choice.

UPDATE 4/5/17

I have FINALLY received my refund (less $52 for shipping back item). After reading Joe H's response to my review, all I can tell you is that he writes some great misleading statements. He mixes some facts, which are on my end, with some not-even-close perceptions.
They never sent the original item until I messaged and called them. The UPS Tracking proved that.
PayPal's investigator in their Claims Dept said to me that vibeshop.com had never attempted to deposit money towards my account.
Joe H will talk all day long, but rest assured that not much of it is true.

This is our response:
It is true that Mr. Nathan S got his original package late, and we admit it was a human error where we have printed originally the label but got misplaced. We found out about this after we have contacted fedex who never found the first package. When we did our inventory count we found out that the masturbator that he bought was in our stock in excess by one. After we found out that he never got his package we have sent the package and he got his package late, and as a result we accepted him returning the package back to us without charging him any restocking fees that we normally would. We waived them because it was not his fault for getting it late but was ours. During that time a paypal dispute was opened by Mr. Nathan.

We told him we would refund him fully once we would receive the package. He sent back the product and provided us with UPS tracking number on January 27th and we have received the package on February 4th. However, we have requested paypal to refund him on January 31st and close the dispute he has opened.

Problem he does not believe us even proof was provided, and no matter what we will do we cannot make him believe us.
We have authorized the refund to him through Paypal on January 31st, but that was before that we have received the package back which we received it on February 4th. To make things worse somehow Paypal claim department did not close the dispute properly. They took the money out of our account, but did not put it back in the buyer's account either.

So Nathan called us after business hours on a Friday and we answered the phone. He told us he never received his refund. We told him, but we have given you back your refund and if you don't see it in your account than we would need to contact Paypal to find out what happened to the refund cause money was deducted from our account. However, it was after business hours and the owner was not at the company at the time, but only the owner can call Paypal cause Paypal would not give any information other than to her. Nathan was unreasonable and wanted us to send him a check immediately and did not want to wait for us to be able to talk to paypal and request an investigation about the refund we have requested back to him. We cannot issue another refund or send him a check by mail until we find out what happened to the funds taken out from our account by Paypal in the first place.

Anyway we ended up calling paypal at a later time and we have asked them to send us an email to us and to the buyer directly regarding the request to refund him. This is the email that was sent to us by paypal which was also sent to him as well. But once again the buyer would not believe.

I ordered a product for my boyfriend's birthday, and I paid for UPS GROUND. I left a message in the shopping cart that the product needs to be delivered before Feb 23rd. I did not know at the time that the nerchandise won't be delivered on time with ground shipment. So they tried to reach me but they couldn't get to me so they upgraded my shipping method on their own to UPS 3 DAYS SELECT without charging me extra fees so I can get the product on time. This is what I call "superb and amazing customer service". So thank you and I will shop again

Love this company, have ordered from them a few times always received quality products for cheap prices well packaged and reasonable delivery, most of the time I get my package fast, but couple times took a little bit longer, but I'll be shopping with them again. No complaints from me and highly recommended. Thanks again.

I ordered on 4/19, payment was processed and received a tracking number that did not work. I have called several times as well as emailed and still no response or product and it is now 5/23.

I placed my order over the phone cause I wanted to know if the product comes with warranty. The staff member was polite and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I placed my order on a. Friday and I got it the following Tuesday. I am pleased with service and product and happy with their low prices

They processed payment, sent me confirmation, then a tracking number that doesn't work. I've Googled the tracking number with every known carrier and it doesn't exist. I've called and left numerous messages with no return phone call and it's been weeks.

I placed an order on 1/5/16, told I would get the order by the 19th. Called again, told they would send me a tracking#. They sent a tracking # that was invalid. Called again requesting a refund told I would have the refund with 3 days. As of today 3/7 I still do not have my refund or products. Lies, Lies! Stay far away from this online site

3/13/15 I received a call from the owner. He offered to give me a $75 online credit, The products I ordered for FREE and finally my refund... I WOULD RECEIVE THESE GIFTS ONLY IF I TAKE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW OFF THIS SITE. ABSOLUTELY NO! CONSUMERS HAVE THE RIGHT 2 KNOW WHO THEY ARE DEALING WITH. I can not be bought. Received reply from company with assurance of delivery within 3 weeks. I will update this review if and when I receive product.

I am extremely dissapointed in this site. I had bought a toy for both myself and my girlfriend and payed for overnight shipping costing me 45 bucks! And the order still itsnt here after 2 and 1/2 days of waiting. I tried calling several times to get no response and still no delivery as of yet! For this being my first time buying adult toys at all I can't believe it, I feel ripped off of a lot of money

So I've been in an unwanted long distant relationship with my boyfriend for about a year now. Yes as a gay man I did some shopping on this website. Ive done more shopping on this website though as cause has a little more detailed on in products. I love the customer service. They are very polite and humorous.
Seriously if you are looking for toys or lingerie then I definitely recommend you try some of these products before you put all the doubt in the can. Ive shopped at many other sites, but this one is my favorite. The packaging is 100% discreet. It saved me from worrying if my room mates would see what they were. But no they never did. All around I have nothing but awesome things to say about this site.

I ordered a "$#*! me silly Isabella" doll on this site. The site promised that my item would be shipped in 1-3 business days. After 7 business days, I had not received any notifications about the item being shipped. I called and received no answer. I attempted to contact their representative through their online chat and nobody was online through the duration of this process. I sent email after email and received promises that my item had shipped days ago, but they were not able to provide me with a tracking number. Also, the portion of the site that allows you to check your order status did not work the entire time I was dealing with them. The order finally shipped 17 days later, and I received it 22 days after purchase. This order was over $300, and they had no sense of urgency what so ever. I finally received the product and was pleased with the product itself. However, the customer service and timely delivery was ridiculous. The prices are less expensive than some other sites, but next time I will gladly spend the extra 20 bucks at adam and eve so that I know I will get what I paid for on the date promised. This is a rinky-dink operation that does not deserve my business, or yours.

No real ability to follow up on orders. Number provided goes to voicemail even though message says staff available from 10am - 3pm PST. No return calls and it's a rare time that "staff" actually answers. Wouldn't purchase from them again.

This guy ordered a masturbator and a lubricant on February 15th. We sent him the product by fed ex and tracking number is: 627662105686 and was delivered to Sylmar CA 91342 on februrary 20th. We looked into his claim and he called us twice. First time he called when we were helping others and it says that on voicemail. If you call during business hours then our staff are helping other people. He called again one more time and someone helped him on the phone.

I placed an order on February 18 for three items. I did get an order confirmation then nothing. According to the website they ship within a few days. I waited a number of days and recevied no shipping information so I called a few times but never an answer. I left a messages. I sent an email to tell them to cancel my order but no reply. Finally I received an email on Feb. 26 saying my order had shipped but there was no tracking number. I checked the website and there was no shipping info there either. I finally received only one of the items I ordered on March 5 and it is not at all what was shown on the site. I received the least expensive thing I ordered. I have not received any additional information and the website shows no open orders for me! At this point I am ready to pursue action to get my money back! I will never order from them again! You shouldn't either!

I am new to sex toys and a week ago I bought my first rabbit vibrator. I was hesitant at first to buy such a product and was nervous, but I ended up buying it, and yesterday I got it by Fed ex. Why was I waiting that long to buy a toy like this? This rabbit has exceeded my expectation and made me feel foolish of not trying rabbit vibrators until now. I am very happy with my purchase especially I bought it when it was marked down 25%.

Looks like yet another website that thinks using fake/shill accounts to hype their ratings is a good idea. Especially for products like this, the fake reviewers are ranting about how wonderful these items are, and they claim this is the best company ever...

My opinion: BARF! This company is shill account approved. ( That means they are trying to cheat the ratings system.) Real companies build trust by giving good service and fair pricing. So far all we know about these guys are the lies from fake accounts...

I have tried to contact vibeshop but they do not want to respond. I placed an order with them and have not received my item or been given a tracking order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM this site. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Very bad customer service they do not answer the phone your e-mails and the ask us online is never there. After 9 days I received a response from them and this is what they have to say " Re: Your Order has been Updated

This is from there website stating that they would notify you if it would be more than 4 business days. You can see from the dates and time on the e-mails that i have posted they are LIARS!

I hope that this information will help other people to stay away from this site do to its bad customer service and poor communication.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WEBSITE! They lie and steal. I have tried to contact them after purchasing an item and no one was to be found. There telephone number is round about answering machine. Total fraud. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

It is a trust worthy site. I had some concerns at first but in fact my shipment arrived one day earlier. Because it is an adult toys website I was really careful. I called their customer service phone lines and they answered. They were really helpful. Even huge companies don't even answer their business phones so it made me feel better to talk to a real person. The product I received is as advertised. I recommend this site if you are shopping for affordable toys.

Bad experience.
As many people said, this is a reputable web, I may give you a different idea, or maybe just me had bad experience.

I was on my holiday, on 30/05/2011, ordered a item and asked vibeshop to ship my order on 30/06/2011, I estimated the time line, so I would be in my home when the order delivered. ( as vibeshop claimed thy can accommodate orders.

Two weeks after( middle of jun) I changed my mind, I decided back to home earlier. So asked them ship my order ASAP.

Email sent, got reply same day, said, my order will be shipped on 21/06/2011. Promised providing me a tracking number.

On 23rd, I didn't receive any confirmation email, I went to website, login my account, it was in authorised status.

Then I sent another email, asked them ship my order, email replied on the same day, informed me my order would be shipped on the next mondy which is 27th,

Then disaster came on 27th, no shipment confirmation, I sent email, no reply
I sent another emails on 28th, 29th, no email replied no shipment made no nothing.it seemed vibeshop went bankrupt, business was finished. Then,
I started worrying if I was being scammed., but really, at this stage, there are not much things you could do, I was telling my self, if it's a con. Just take it, hundreds of bucks, not gonna to kill you.

On 30th, I sent another email, also I was trying to get contact via web chat, but only thing I could do is sent a message, no live web chat at that moment, actually, no web chat at any moment.

Eventually I got a email at middle night of 30th, telling me my order is shipped and tracking number. Funny thing is, previous email I received are man writing emails, the last email I received just a form, stone cold, no explanation for why my order was dispatched so late, just like a machine replied a email to me.
I would give this website a zero star if I could, because they have zero regard to their customers feeling There is no way I will do any business with them. Someone said they had a fantastic customer service, I believe they did have, maybe budget cut, so they lack of manpower, even no one checked emails for the past of 4 days.
Some People may keep doing business with them, but one thing is certain, as long as they treat us like walking wallet instead of human being, I don't recommend this site to anyone who has a heart.
