I placed an order on February 20,2023. I put all of correct info in my profile. Received email that order was being shipped as 2 packages. I had no problems until I looked at where the packages were being shipped to. Lo and behold they were not going to MY address, but to an address in FLORIDA! I live in INDIANA! It took 2 days, 3 different "out-sourced" representatives in order to cancel the 1 package that had already shipped. I cancelled the other "package" as it hadn't shipped yet. BE CAREFUL!
