I have spent more than I'd care to admit in over 30 orders. Some of my purchases have been a bust, but mostly decent products. Read the descriptions carefully. They do have great customer service and I completed a couple returns with zero issues. They've actually always told me to keep or donate the product with a full refund. I've heard a lot of rumors, but nothing substantiated. They can't be any worse than any other large business.
