The order was initially shipped with a specific company which they changed, to the local post office, at the very LAST step of the delivery process. I didn't have the ability to add delivery instructions to the new carrier and my order was lost or never delivered (no picture as proof of delivery either). When contacted customer service the only thing they had to say is that they are sorry!
No refund, no re-shipping of the items, no accountability. I just lost my money.
