They were supposed to refund 2 orders over £200,3 separate packets under one label and one tracking. They are still dragging me saying they are working on it. I'm stuck between evri and temu and none of them are taking responsibility. I have provided all info on my side and they are being completely useless. Worst company ever! No customer service. DO NOT USE! SCAM!
