It's China stuff... Not meant to last a 100 years! I have ordered several items, from kitchen gadgets to clothing. Have I been disappointed... Yep you bet. It looked bigger in the photo, items arrived broken. But... For the most part, it is ok for China stuff. But the best part is, you don't have to pay double and triple for it at amazon... Trust me I worked for them. They keep china a float. Example I was looking for a wider headband went to amazon first. Saw what wanted 12.99 temu 2.39 same exact. And then there is the fact if your items do not arrive by the date they say. They give you a 5.00 credit. So just remember what and where your buying. Keep expectations in check.

UPDATE! MY PACKAGE ARRIVED TODAY! THIS WAS USPS NOT DOING THEIR JOB OF UPDATING THE INFO!
This is about purchasing an item that is in stock. They received my order and packed it. One day later on 10/11/23. I received and email with tracking info. Today's date is 10/14/23. I checked the status of my shipment just now, and the carrier has NOT even picked the package up. Literally one state away.
AT THIS POINT IM NOT SURE WHO IS WORSE FEDEX OR USPS. GUESS I BE A WALK IN CUSTOMER FORM KOW ON.

Been shopping at Thread Up for a few months now. I love the constant sales they have, as well a the awesome inventory. They really do have some great perks for regular shoppers.
Why I gave them 4 starts is because they have what is called " final sales" meaning you can not return the item. So it's kinda like a crap shoot.
Meaning I buy and item that says excellent condition only to find out it is NOT in excellent condition. It's missing a button ( a really BIG button) and the yarn is fraying on the bottom. BUT it can't be returned! A final sale item is mine... Useless sweater! So buyer beware! On final sale items!

I live in a very small town. Which make my closest FedEx about an hour or so away from me. Add to that I am a little off the beaten path, that they choose to travel. They will send you a date an will NEVER hit the date. You can not call CS as they will only parrot back to you with the email says. I waited over a week past the time I was SUPPOSED to receive my shipment, I then called and of course can't get past the automated system.
It did finally arrive a week after the fact.
The delivery person said that it had been rescanned 7 times. Meaning it went out and went back to them several times. And only until I pitched a fit did it arrive. As I type this I am still waiting on a package that has taken over a week just to move. How they stay in business is beyond me! They mark and send emails to and say package was delivered, when it was not. They need to go belly up! I give them - x infinity!

Almost 3 weeks now since I purchased ONE (1) ITEM. This item still has not shipped. CS is a huge joke. WORST COMPANY EVER! If I could have given them a -5 I would have.!
Will never purchase another item from them again.
