Is it possible to turn back in final round after awarding a wining design in a contest? When the same designer will be awarded only a different design.

Once you award a winner, you cannot turn back. You can turn back anytime before you award a winner. However, after awarding a winner, the designer may ask for more money, like mine did, or provide a less quality design, like mine did. In the end, after awarding the winner, 99designs supports and backs the designer. I ended up with nothing I could use. 99designs took my money and paid the designer despite my concerns.
