There are a few instances you will not be eligible for a refund:
- Once you decide to continue working with up to 6 finalists, you waive your right to a refund
-If you "guarantee" your contest when you launch (under Contest Options), you will not be eligible for a refund as well. Keep in mind this option has to be manually "ticked"
- You must call within 60 days of launching your contest
