on 9/9/15Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Here's what I did, i had them put a hold on my account for 3 months. It was the only option for not being charged beyond what you already have. (If you completely cancel your membership now without spending your money in your account- you lose your money.) Basically at that point I had to pick out a bunch of crap I didn't want, just so that I at least got my money's worth. To my knowledge and despite multiple endless tries I could never get back my months of money. (This is how they scam you). Make sure you cancel the 3 month "HOLD" like the last week in the third month. If you forget they will charge you on the 4th month! So make sure! They have the WORST costumer service in the world that I have ever dealt with. Their emails and responses act all professional, but I have learned they are an extremely difficult company to deal with. Good luck with it all!
Once you do cancel, make sure to take a look at your credit card bill the month after. I've had problems with them before where they "forgot" to cancel my membership. It happened three times before they finally remembered to actually go through the process.
Yes, the amount shown in her account is all store credit and can be used at any time. If you would like Adoreme to stop charging you monthly, you can always cancel the VIP membership easily by going to www.adoreme.com/helpdesk :)
Yes
Yeah it should be.
