Can you share a success story using adtpulse?

Answer:

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service I have received from Defenders (contractors ADT routes you to when you have issues with the equipment). The customer service person I spoke to just now even hung up on me when he didn't want to handle my concerns. My alarm system keeps going off for absolutely no reason. I've had techs come to my home already and they can't seem to fix the problem for good. I want my money back since I've had the system 5 weeks with 3 false alarms. I'm being told to look at a contract. Well I definitely didn't sign up for a system that keeps failing me! I want my money back and I want the system out of my house! It doesn't work!
