So what do we do when your hosts cancel last minute

You should get ALL of your money back, and then, basically, you have to find another place to stay, if there is one, or cancel your trip! Airbnb doesn't take responsiblility for the whims of a bad host!
I found that out first hand, on July 1st, when a host, who only had a small bedroom and shared bath, in his small home, decided to use covi18, as a lame excuse for cancelling last minute on me!
