Unless you know they not knock offs (impossible till ordered), and sizing, varies greatly, it would be a major roll of the dice.
No PayPal, and basically no warranty / guarantee, since oversea vendor, and you have to wait 2-8 weeks for delivery, and if issue, request refund, which twice have failed to materialize for myself.
Anisten b. I purchased many items from aliexpress over the years. But last order the lind did not work and we worked outside of ali with Western Union and did not receive an order number. Always work within their website and get an order number. I had to contact a friend in China who got the vendor off his $#*!. Over 2 months and waiting for a tracking number to come through. Ok to order shoes but hope they are good quality. China has a lot of junk. So beware. Good luck
Look for a seller with good reviews and try buying from them if you have one or more bad experiences you know the answer is no. I notice the price on some items is to high I could go to target or walmart, Macys or amazon and get the same thing for around the same price with a guarantee. If you notice the price is to high never buy the product.
Anisten,
Only buy if you don't mind wasting your money. Half of the shoes I bought are poor quality and cheaply home made glued plastic. I finally figured out how these people do. Major copy cat products made in their homes. Very few pairs are true company made products. When you see at their website, it has brand name label on the shoes, but when I received them, blank, no label and terrible fit. I wasted half of my money buying shoes and clothes from them. I still have many unresolved products from different sellers. They didn't send the products but kept giving me fake tracking number which our mailing system doesn't lie, but I can't get my money back b/c I can't proved to them that I haven't received the damn products. My advice is, stick with what's sold over here because merchandise sold in the USA must passed product inspection for quality and safety before stores can sell them here. So, the higher price we pay here goes for the inspection process and return if we're not satisfied with the product. All of my skirts/shirts didn't fit right, either too big or too small. I have completely stopped ordering from them and canceled my account. Too good to be true, because it ain't true. Let me know if you want to see some of the ugly products I got. I will take some pictures before throwing them out. They can't even be donate because of the bad quality. Hit or miss kinda deal!
I think you have your answer - don't spend any money you wouldn't be happy enough to throw away. Don't buy anything that you would want some kind of consumer protection for - there is none.
There are 3 possibilities:
1. You get nothing and lose your money.
2. You get a cheap knock-off of what you thought you were buying and lose your money.
3. You get exactly what you wanted and are a happy customer.
I don't know how often '3' happens, but 1 & 2 are too common to take the risk for anything other than $2 specials.
They can be trusted to an extent. They do provide buyer protection but tend to side with the seller. Watch the feedback and reviews to make sure the seller is real. Also see if the store has been there for more then a year will help. There are a lot of scams on there.
Also purchasing clothes especially shoes is tricky because they are Asian sized and that's usually about two sizes smaller then normal. Most stores clearly mark this or request that you measure your foot size prior to ordering. It is also sometimes at your expense to ship something back so watch out for that.
I have bought nike shoes from them before and it came in to UK no problem and tge quality us good. You need to checj the sellers feedback. If its a power seller i ussually check that their feedback is not less than 90% and if its a small seller not less than 95% thats just me thought. Also send them a message to say if its men or women shoes ypu want if its trainers you buying. Hope this helps
Read the comments from the contributors, they are right on the money. DO NOT BUY high ticket Item. In other words buy only cheap stuff you will never go wrong and will not lose much. Rest is your Call. Try not to go for positive comments as they are written by the Company staff. B. O. Luck!
From my experince, there only one simple answer: don't buy from aliexpress and his selected suppliers untill the top boss and the customer managing lady director dare to listen and respond to customer complaints fast instead of ignoring until we get fed up and just cut relationship and lose ou money(over 600 dollars my case). Bon courage! Regards. Ben belgium
Absolutely not. You will be responsible to pay for the return if they send the wrong size, color or if they are not as described. They are not like all of the other retailers if they make a mistake, they will pay to return. You have to pay to return... No matter what! Do not take the risk! It is not worth it! Buyer beware!
To be honest with you everything we buy from Ali express is not bad. What I have learnt after lot of buying is once you search for an item go to order status and see which suppliers have maximum orders and even its slightly expensive buy from that supplier however don't forget to have a look at customers reviews. Pl make 100% sure about your size
From my experience Ali Express are never like Amazon and don't think they will ever be close. Their refund policy and process is complicated and time consuming. It took me several months to get my money back and had to escalate the matter to my credit card company. Not to mention that I never got my order or any update as well. Terrible experience!
I wouldn't trust them for anything. Since my husband has bought that jersey, and we've never received it or a refund, I've noticed that's their MO for everything. Look them up... you will find hundreds if not thousands of bad reviews... things from scamming a customer all the way around to sending an item 3 to 4 times smaller than what was ordered. I would not order a thing from them if I were you.
No! They sent me an item not wven remotley close to what i ordered and refused to refund me because "the forwarder wouldnt admit to the mistake!" Even though i sent multiple pictures of the item and the box it came in, address, codes, everything they requested prooving that it was the wrong item.
YES! I've bought 6 pair of shoes and over 170 other items. The size of the shoes were always right. Shopping is looooong though. Make sure to filter the items by Orders and check the reviews (like you would with eBay or amazon) I suggest you search for "Aliexpress honest review"
Enjoy your shopping
