Aliexpress is a rip off outfit. They say buyer protection but there is none. If you don't believe that just try getting satisfaction or your money back. They are crooks and thieves

Ali is not a rip off. Do your homework look at the comments that other people leave about the sellers only deal with experienced top ranked sellers and you will be fine. You have to be patient because it does take some time to get your orders if you go with the free shipping but I have always got my orders... the only time I had an issue was when I was a newbie and ordered from a seller that was new and trying to attempt something underhanded. Alli contacted me to let me know that this seller was being investigated and when they concluded that the person was doing something fraudulent they promptly notified me and refunded my money back into my account within a couple days. I didn't have to do a single thing. The only other advise I can give... is to people that like to track their orders... stay away from Sellers using Yanwen. Yanwen is a Logistics company that some of the buyers use. The problem with Yanwen is that once your order leaves the originating country and lands in your country you will no longer be able to track your order. Yanwen use their own tracking codes which get changed when they enter your country. Ask the seller before you order if they use Yanwen for shipping to your country. Some will offer other methods if you let them know that you prefer not to use Yanwen...

I am sorry to hear about your experience with Aliexpress. Aliexpress has been good for me. They are not a rip off. I am not saying they are perfect but they are no diffeerent then others. I have not had a bad experiance with them and I have bought Many things from them. I have not bought clothes. But then I would not buy clothes from other countries including the USA because of the size difference.

You are not buying puma shoes at Aliexpress. You are buying a cheap made copy of Puma shoes. Buy your shoes at a local store.

If you ar rigt with the Sitze of the shoes and rate the chop by 5 * ok otherwise. You get problems on refund if needed.

I have done my homework and research, therefore the concern. Maybe someone from AliExpress will provide a printout of all their balance sheet detailing their business transactions.

Just talk to the seller, explain to him, ask to cancel the 3rd order, usually that will do, otherwise open dispute, ali express is reliable site

Just remember their sizes are a lot different than USA. Everything runs very small in clothing. Don't know about shoes. On the site you are at there should be a size chart. Measure the bottom of your shoe in inches. There is a place on every site where you can contact seller. If your size is an 8 USA their 8 may be different. So tell them in inches how long your foot is and ask them what size you should get. Don't know about width.

Even "top ranked sellers" can; t be trusted. I've had to report several of those for stealing my art and selling it on tees and device cases. At least 90% of what you find on AliExpress is going to be knockoffs and NOT the real brand names. That's why the stuff is so cheap. It's not real. So I would say if you want the real thing, suck up the price and go to an actual official retailer near you.

Don't buy any brand shoes from Aliexpress... you can buy other shoes but not such as Nike, Puma or whatever

I wouldnt buy shoes from them, i brought shoes for my mum, did the proper size thing and they were still to small. When i asked about this they offered me a 10% discount on my next order.and it would be dearer to ship shoes back to what they are worth.

Answer is very simple, it is not a shop, it is a $#*!

Some of the traders on alix are great, some are rip off artists. The higher the buy price the more risky. DO NOT rely on Aliexpress to resolve any dispute, they wont! Eventually I got my money back - short about $170.00.

DISHONEST commercial practice: FAKE DESCRIPTIONS of “ORIGINAL” products to attract the innocents and honest buyers.

MY PERSONAL CONCLUSION: The descriptions of “Lenovo Original Phone” (not “GENUINE”!) products are FAKE and are made to attract the buyers.

If you order the FAKE DESCRIBED product and you pay XXX $ (by Visa. Mastercard, …) … you will receive a cheap, low end, wrong product that you can
== keep (the wrong product … but you can nothing to do with because it don't have the characteristics of the product that you need and ordered) or
== send back the wrong product (the buyer have to pay YYY $ for the return shipping (with tracking details!)) and AliExpress give you XXX $ FULL REFUND (ATTENTION: they pay you the refund when the returned wrong product arrive ( if?) to the seller!. So, finally, the balance that you have is (XXX – YYY) $. You loose every time YYY $!

After this very bad experience, I don't consider AliExpress a honest commercial platform!

Agree w/ Frank. I wouldn't buy clothes on line, unless already familiar with that companies sizing, especially from a foreign country.

I put my problem to dispute and also posted the link to ALIBABA.COM, which is the parrent company. ALIBABA delisted the seller's item since it is duplicated and also at the end seller refunded me 25% of the product cost to my credt card. I told the seller that I will credit card company and reverse the transaction.
Before buying anything in Aliexpress, please ask the seller if the item is original I found most items found in Aliexpress are counterfreight. Buy only if you have no option.

This is a lame question - why so many bad reviews? I could have written a lame reply but that means I have to stoop to the same level.

Once you have the item you ordered and the seller has the money, you can forget after sales service. The item is sold with a warranty but the warranty is useless because AliExpress will not follow up on customer problems. Most sellers are honest and want you to be satisfied but some are liars and thieves. Hongkong Hi5 mobile is one of the cheating liars. The $320 dollar phone I purchased from them was defective and had a one year warranty. I finally gave up when the one year warranty expired. Towards the end, they even denied selling me the phone despite my many written complaints to them and AliExpress. AliExpress refused to do anything to help me. The first time I shipped the phone to them for repair, they said they had not received it. I presented the postal tracking number to me credit card company and the credit card company took back the money. The phone was supposedly repaired and sent back to me. I then released the payment. Less than a month later the phone failed again. It was again sent back and supposedly repaired. It was NOT repaired but it was exchanged for another defective phone that had the Turkish language on it. After that, this scam company said that I didn't buy the phone from them. Don't depend on AliExpress to give you any help.

If you do happen to get your order, the feedback / review system is set up so that you don't have time to actually find out if your merchandise is poor quality or not. They hound you to leave feedback from the moment the item is delivered and once you leave feedback it can only be upgraded to more positive, Never downgraded to show that a product broke after a short period or that you had trouble returning or exchanging. Most of the same products are available from China at very similar prices on Ebay and at least there you have recourse if things don't go well. I will never order from AliExpress again. Horrible experience. Items that did ship were very poor quality and all were basically a waste of money so whether they send it or not you are still ripped off.

AliExpress, AliPay and the vast majority of their sellers are a bunch of Chinese cheaters! Their owner Jack Ma becomes rich by robbing he ignorant buyers, using an internet platform designed for the Chinese national vitue, which is FRAUDE and CHEATING!

If they are costly, you are gambling your money away. Or alternative is, if you get ripped off, Give away the shoes to person who has no shoes ( POOR). Best of Luck... I got ripped, even if the amount was small.

Yes you will receive them but very late and you will not have enough time to test the product! Of course the guarantee time will soon expire (you will have only few days from the day you receive it)! This is their common method to send low quality products (for me all of them!)

Now, I've placed 91 orders at AliExpress. 5 of the orders were not correct or didn't arrive. But I've got my money back. I don't think Ebay or Amazon will do better.

I have been happy with everything I ordered EXCEPT for clothing. For instance: I wear a men's Medium in underwear. So I ordered Medium. I had to throw them away, as they were too small. When I ordered XXX Large, they were the perfect size. I ordered a Men's Jacket and ordered a size Large, it was so small I could not wear it. I then ordered a Men's Extra Large and it was still too small. Buy anything but clothing!

Hello I was planing to buy some "cool" clothes off of Aliexpress.com. From the reviews I'v read all electronics arrive with a malfunction or not at all. The reason I ask is because i don't know if the same scam applies to clothing. If the clothing didn't look One of a kind i wouldn't hesitate to not order.So i'm just wondering should I try it or if someone can tell me if they have order clothing off here before and did they get it?

Try avoiding them, once u see the product is not upto ur expectation, they will never contact u let alone refund meaning ur money is gone.

I would simply avoid ordering from this site. Their dispute resolution is a fraud too.

Most likely they won't be real puma but the shoes I've gotten so far from aliexpress have been treat quality. Look at the reviews. If there arnt many don't waste your money if people like it (more then 250) go for it

Ordered an extended battery for my Android. The battery came after about 2 weeks and worked perfectly... for 2 days. Unfortunately I was misled by the website and clicked on "Confirm Delivery" thinking this is just to confirm delivery. There was no indication or warning that this is actually final acceptance of the order.

I contacted AliExress immediately, requesting help with either refund or replacement battery since I am getting no replies from the seller. The reply I got was a canned answer referring me to the "Open Dispute" button which was disappeared once I clicked on "Confirm Delivery".

In my opinion this company acts as a store front to many crooks and its practices are not completely honest. This company is based in China or Hong Kong and yet is managing to deceive many innocent US customers by promising them purchase protection and then disengage from responsibility when an issue arise.

I wish there was a way to file a complaint with the FBI or other authorities and have them investigate the numerous complaints about this company.

It is a scam i put down a bad review for a seller and it didn't even show up or put the rating down. That means you take a chance. I purchased few items i was charged three times more than it indicated on the site. When i canceled it they gave me back what they are charging on the site.is this not scam then what would you call it. I purchased it from different seller with very good feedback. Check your credit card after you order then you get my point. Aliexpress doesnt support customer the way paypal does they are scam too

DO NOT ORDER FROM ALI EXPRESS. If you go to their website you can see that there is no way to physically talk to customer service. It's just a circle of BS.

I doubt you will get money back and you will not get anywhere with their customer service it is a waste of time
