Hello, Barbara. We are located in Huntington Beach, California, but we also have another warehouse in North Carolina. We always try to ship from the closest warehouse.

Originally, your products were shipped from california and arrived overnight. now you ship from the east coast and it takes over a week to arrive.why?

Answer:

Hello, Barbara. Thank you for your question. Our headquarters is located in Huntington Beach, California. We also have another warehouse in North Carolina. We always try to ship from the closest warehouse. If there are ever any product shortages, we will then ship the order complete from the warehouse that contains stock for your full order. This is a very rare occurrence but can happen from time to time due to stock shortages. If you choose the Domestic Standard 1-5 day shipping, we will get your order to you within that time frame of 1-5 business days, which does not include weekends. If you find that your order did not reach you within 5 business days after the order was placed, please call us at 1-800-875-0448 or send an email to cs@allstarhealth.com, so that we can assist you.
