I received the ‘jumping fish' 4 weeks from purchase date. The shipping bag was damaged and the charging cable would not connect to the fish. The power cable parts were not compatible. I sent pictures and video of problem to customer service within two days of receiving this item. They told me they could not help despite advertising 100% guaranteed satisfaction and a 30 day return policy. This company is in China, not CO, according to shipping label.
Well I enjoy paying $100 for crap from China that's worth $5, and I really like when the photo doesn't match the actual item in any way, shape or form. I also am very happy when I can't return something or get a refund for something I'm very dissatisfied with. So needless to say my overpaid, cheap, scam junk I unknowingly bought from this chinese scam website has made me very happy. I hope to be ripped off again soon. I heard I can order a box full of disappointment and regret from them for $1000. I'll be ordering today! Can't wait.
