You ship out fast but there's always an issue with FedEx. I have 3 packages coming, 2 they could not read the bar code to scan and 1 gets sent to a different fed ex warehouse than it should of. So shipping is always delayed.

Overall easy install and I've never changed anything on my cars other than a light bulb or the oil. Haven't noticed any sound or power improvements. It says no tuning necessary but I might look into that to see if I can improve the performance.

I'm a repeat customer, 1st time I was completely satisfied, this time not so much. There was mounting grease all over my new tires and rims. Do you realize how hard that crap is to get off? Great wheels and tires other than that. Super fast shipping.

Why I said it's terrible, is because my box came complete destroyed like someone ran sacked it. It makes me mad cause I spent so much money and can't even get a return option. Terrible shipping and service. I've been waiting for my tune and guess what nothing, worst 800 I've ever spent I will not be buying here again?

Rude customer service…got order wrong, no tracking or delivery date and when I called to inquire about my order the corporate staff was rude! When I found out they didn't even get the color correct I gave up and asked for a refund which they said would take 3-5 days! In all honesty my immediate reaction was to think they should be penalized and pay me interest for using my money for a month and wasting my time…but oh well, live and learn right?!

Ordered a rear diffuser and I was told that if I placed the order when I did and paid for the item then it would be delivered on Thursday. Now it has changed to an expected day of Friday so who knows. I had ask a friend to come help with install and now he has plans for the next 3 days. I have ordered my last item from American Muscle. They are quick to take your money and tell you what you want to hear.

What a joy to have a large item shipped via truck or oversized methods. Boy was I worried about the condition it may arrive in or how long it would be. AM impressed me yet again. Perfect amount of time. The part (Hood) showed up in excellent condition... even the box it was in had little to no markings on it, WOW!

I am very satisfied with the wheels and tires. They look great on the car. However, there was 2 problems which might have happen during shipping. The wheel weights came off of 2 of the wheels. I found one set in the box. The other set I could not find unless it didn't need any which is probably unusual. Just wondering if you can cover the cost if I have them balanced at a local shop?

Ordered Z 26 pads and rotors for my 2007 GT 500. Installation went well but took a little longer than expected due to a sticky caliper bolt on the front driver side. Product was a very good fit and has performed well so far. My only minor complaint is that for some reason Fed Ex split the order and delivered the box with the front pads and rotors 2 days after the rear set showed up.

Everything came in great shape. Was packaged excellent and also came within 2 business days! I'm super stoked about my purchase. Me and my dad had no problem putting it together and installing it to my car. Definitely will be making more purchases through this company!

Ordered the SR performance intake for my 2004 gt and it was super simple… package came on time and the packaging was beautiful. Intake sounds awesome and did give my car a boost. Only downside is it didn't have instructions along with it but you can look up an install video from American muscle on YouTube

Just finished installing the Hurst Short-Throw Competition 5 Spd shifter in my 2007 Mustang GT/CS. What an amazing positive change in the driving experience. Solid positive shifts. Also a nicer driving position.

Had to wrestle with the new shifter a bit getting it into position. But after that the install was smooth and fun. Really glad I purchased this upgrade.

I actually received the product sooner than expected. My only issue is when I would go check the status, it said processing. I'm happy I received it sooner, but it was meant to be a surprise for my partner who I live with and because the tracking didn't update, he ended up finding the package at the front door and now knows what he's getting.

I got what i ordered but the packaging was pretty shoddy, spark plugs just thrown in the box, and loose (even the manufacturers box was empty as they were floating around) looked like my 12-year-old had packaged it. But all parts accounted for and installed.
