"All Ashford watches ship with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and serial number identification. Every watch carried by Ashford is a 100% verified new, unworn, original and authentic watch."
Regardless of your statement I got U-Boat watch without warranty card and serial number identification. Please clarify

The Seiko I bought from Ashford came with all the requisite cards for registering my watch with the manufacturer but I chose to register mine online. My purchase was last month and thankfully I've had no problems with it requiring warranty work. My best advice is to try registering your watch with its manufacturer online.

My warranty card was not stamped by the seller so my Calvin Klein warranty was not covered in Australia so I had to use the Ashford guarantee and they only paid a small percentage of the cost of repairs. I fought them but was not successful.

Sorry but I do not understand what you are asking me?

The Seiko watch I purchased from Ashford did have the manufacturers warranty card, but it was not filled out properly. However, when the watch fell apart they told me that only their own warranty applied.

After following their instructions about getting an appraisal, they refused to cover the cost of repairs.

I spent six months battling with them, and they just kept refusing and passing the buck.

It was the worst customer experience I have ever had, and would not recommend anyone risk purchasing anything from them, I found them unscrupulous and uncaring.
