I have talked to girls who are approached for a job to pose as prospective dating partners. It is a part-time job for these girls. Most letters, if not all, are written by interpreters. They will sound so sincere, so desperate to 'love' you until your money runs out. You will never meet any of them. It is all just a money making scam.

Hi Erol, there is no rule. Age doesn't matter.the only thing I can say is to make sure that your 20 years old girl is mature enough. They are a lot of girls on a dating site is scam not all wanting a marriage bcoz they inlove. Young girls who seeking older men is of course it is involve financial why girls likes a man here. But there are also sincere in their search to find love.
As I have alot of men i talked online, they had shared to me their ecperienced how they got scammed.so my advice to you is to get to know your girlfriend better before marrying. You are only 40 that is still young age of a men. Unlike my boyfriend is 53 and I'm 29 now.

No rules about age as such. Obviously ask yourself why would 20 year old girl want to know a 40 year old man. I am 49 and will probably end up with some who is in mid 30's just because I think young girls are a little too immature.

I don't think you will have a problem. Some of the women on the site don't mind dating much older men or even men that are a little younger. Older men to the women seem to be much more financially stable then younger men are and that means a faster way to visa, etc. Be aware, there are a good amount of women who just want you to send them money, etc.
