To answer your question, Simply there is no accountability at AT&T.
They bounce you around and they make NO attempt for resolution.
No help, no accountability and no resolutions at the stores. In addition, the Customer Service Center and the Mobility Care Service say they have no connections to the stores and cannot do anything if something goes wrong.
