Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.

The reason that AT & T gets bad reviews now is because their level of service has drastically declined with everything from misleading information about pricing to rude customer service! The company is awful!

I agree with Evey single person that have taken the time to write a review about AT&T. After my promotion runs out. I'm running out too. I think that if we all address this to BBB maybe something will get done.

They will not refund you for there mistakes.
They will not send you an itemized bill.
They will give you the run around.
Cold, heartless, money hungry company.

My opinion is that the company has got so big that they can't provide the same level of service. They are also a typical American corporation that is focused on reaching targeted profits and cutting corners to wherever possible. As a consequence they don't provide the same level of service and also inconvenience the customer.

It is embedded with the goal of technocracy Corporatization, aka, new world order, to disempower the customer and submit the customer to unfair treatment without any recourse, placing the corporation above the law and forcing an unfair treatment without recourse. Exasperating!

We have been with them for 30 years with cell phone and years of land line before that. We've had the final straw this last month and are still fighting with them! Will never use them again

They rob you blind with hidden fees and the service is always slow. I changed my plan 4 days before my billing cycle was done because I needed unlimited data and I just purchased the phone 4 weeks earlier and asked for unlimited and they gave me 3GB with unlimited roll over and it became slower... can you believe they're charging me 35$ for a half a week service! I'm disgusted

Outsourcing their support is killing them, but they don't seem to care.

AT&T no longer cares about you the customer, employees, all they care about is upper level CEO, VP CFO etc. Annual Payouts, they could give a damn about the $#*!ty service they provide

Money, im looking for a better cell company. If more people shop elsewhere they will change. But whatever company you change soner or later they will get greedy also and service will drop thru the floor. I remember when you could go into an att store and get service for anything. No you get used car sales strong armed.
