on 4/16/19How easy? Unsatisfactory! The automated bot voice press this press that was annoying. Then it goes to a long winded recorded message. So it asked if you want a call back to leave your number. I did. And when the call came, I answered and automated bot voice said "to speak to an agent press 1" so I pressed 1 and CLICK! HUNG UP ON ME! They LIED about the flowers, the delivery, etc. They NEVER delivered my flowers as they claimed. They are out of New Jersey, but calls local florists in your area to order bouquets which is NOT anything near what you saw on the website. Do yourself a favor and order from your local florists and save yourself time, money and headaches.
They actually called me and told me nobody was home when they delivered the arrangement to my mom early morning and I told them that I left a message on the site when purchasing to please deliver after 3pm because my mom was at work. They asked me if they could deliver to my moms job and I told them I didn't have the address but would call them back with the information in which I did 3 min later and they picked up quickly and delivered the Flower arrangement shortly after. I'm so happy it worked out nicely because I'm in NYC and my mom is in Georgia
I ordered a delivery 4/10/20 to be delivered 4/11/20, a short trip from flower shop for Easter. Flowers delivered
Tuesday 4/14/20. As a professional person { my self} there needs to be a change in management if this was my shop.
I made several calls, had to listen to a voice for minutes finally on 4/14/20 put on hold for over 10 minutes spoke with Kevin.
I gave him the order number he needed to look or check on order, I got tired of waiting, He knew I was calling about the order, he quoted the name, Why it took he so long and information on computer is a puzzel! I need a REFUND
