on 1/27/19I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc... doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse. FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.
A deceiving website made me think I was dealing with a business located in the hometown of the person to whom I was sending flowers. Duped!
They have a scummy pop-up that comes up as a local florist no matter what city you search in Google.
It was the first floral service listed on line and said it was local. It isn't.
Only because it was in the same area as the funeral being held n I thought it would be easier to be delivered. How wrong was I. 100% wrong these ppl r the worse. No wonder y every email they send goes to the spam box smh
Because they offered same-day delivery, and they dealt with local florists.
The promise of discounts and free delivery. Both of which were not true.
I used google and needed sympathy flowers right away
Online false advertising. They promised a delivery date & it didn't happen
The arrangement I wanted was very reasonably priced below other florists!
Google ad and looked like they were locally based in the town I wanted flowers delivered to
I wasn't able to attend a love one's funeral due to bedrest. I search the Internet and found Avas Flowers. A love the arrangements on their website.
Their ad online, and the fact they were supposedly a family owned business. Maybe they are, After all, crime families own a lot of businesses.
Thought it was located in my area and come to find out it was located in New Jersey
The usual florist I use was closed so I took a gamble and I lost! My mother did not get her birthday surprise.
Google search for flowers where my in-laws live. I thought it was a local florist and that is how the website looked. I wanted lo support a local business. So, they are dishonest from the beginning.
Ava's was the first site that came up from my search while looking for flowers while I was out of town.
The ad said they were a local florist and it appeared that they were in the city that I was ordering for.
It indicated that it was a local company in the town I needed the delivery. It was not.
My search was to find a local company in Jackson, WY, not New Jersey. The heading indicated same day delivery, they ended up offering 5 day delivery.
I thought that I might be able to get flowers delivered on Sunday.
The misleading website stated a local florist in Colorado
