It's a scam. Very dishonest company. They advertise with a very detailed picture of their flowers, sizes and pricing. When my daughterv received these flowers they didn't look anything like the picture online. I wish I could attach a photo from my galleria for you to see. The picture tells the true story

Scam, i believe. False advertising for sure. Promise same day delivery, and that wasn't delivered on. Additional next day delivery times provided weren't met.

This "business" Avas Flowers is a complete scam. I wanted to order a plant for the wake for a dear friend's father. They advertise as same day delivery which is the ONLY reason I chose them. They allowed me to choose the day, took my payment, sent me... not one- but TWO emails confirming it would arrive that day by 3pm. About 30 minutes later, I happened to see another email from them saying "there's a problem with your order" and provided a number to call. I called the number and sat on hold for 20 minutes. Then someone answered and said we don't deliver on Sunday. I asked why their site allowed me to pick the day and why did they confirm the time and date... and they kept saying they don't deliver on Sunday. So, I said, just cancel the order. She said we can't refund the $20.00 service fee. I asked "why am I paying a service fee, you didn't do anything?!" She said "it's in the terms of service". After about a half hour of the rep talking over me, and arguing about my refund, I decided to go ahead with the order and have it shipped to my friend's house to arrive on Tuesday. I received a tracking number yesterday that said it would arrive by 9PM. I just checked the tracking number and now... it says not until tomorrow (Wednesday) by 9PM. I am betting tomorrow will have another arrival date.(I wonder if I hadn't seen that other email, would they have sent it to the funeral parlor 3 days late?) RIDICULOUS! DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS!

BEWARE- it's a scam!
BEWARE- it's a scam! Ordered 3 get-well balloons and chocolates for a sick kid, to be delivered the next day. (Also Tricked during call into buying a get well card and ribbon, because all they said was "and what color do u want the ribbon to be? And what do you want written on the card?", as if they were free with order). Instead of delivering the next day, they did a bait-and-switch. They called and told me the chocolates wouldn't be available, and the rest couldn't be delivered until the next day, but for all the trouble I was going through, they'd "throw in an orchid plant". Well, they ended up CHARGING me for that plant, saying I had agreed to pay for it. Then, instead of 3 get-well balloons, they delivered ONE happy birthday balloon, without even a stick or ribbon tied to it to hold it by! And NO get-well card and ribbon, although they were charged for. When I called, they said I had VERBALLY agreed to all these changes during the prior call, (as if I would agree to a birthday balloon for a sick kid). They agreed to refund me $20, meaning I just paid $74 for a tiny bear, and the wrong sad balloon without a ribbon, and all a day late. I filed with BBB, and am disputing with CC. Everyone should, till these scam artists are run out of "business".

Might be a legitimate business - but not a real "local florist" like they say they are - I think they just scam people!

According to a local florist, they are a legitimate company, but they often cause confusion and problems.

Scam! Hidden fees you dont find out about till they email you after you checkout!

Appears to be a scam. There is no way to reach them to get the problem resolved, so it cannot be a legitimate company.

They appear to be legit. However, I can understand people thinking they are a scam. They take your money, and then give you horrible customer service with suspect results.

SCAM They have a scummy pop-up that comes up as a local florist no matter what city you search in Google.

It's a scam! They advertise that they are a local family owned business but they are not. They are based out of New Jersey and promise deliveries through different florists all over the country. They promise delivery on a certain day and keep backing it up for several days.

Scam. Even the REAL local florist refuses to do business with them.

STAY AWAY! They delivered the wrong flowers, the wrong colors and the wrong size. I would consider them to be dishonest at the very least. I way overpaid for the cheap and totally wrong flowers they delivered. I would NEVER order from them again.

Scam. Definitely false advertising. Arrangement received is nothing like pictures on website and low cost cheap flowers, like daisies, are used to create arrangements.

It is legit but it's better to contact a more local flower delivery company in your area.

This company only cares about your money. Once they have it they will f%@$ you over. They missed a delivery and never notified me. When I realized they failed to deliver I called them and they said they would deliver within 4 days after they were supposed to deliver. Getting mothers day flowers 4 days after the fact isn't quite the same. This company didn't make any attempt to make it right. After complaining they offered a 10% discount on the order. That really doesn't make it right. I will never do business with this crappy company again...

I received wonderful service. Flowers were delivered 5 hours after I ordered them for same day delivery and were absolutely beautiful. My friends loved them! I think that they send out orders to local florists since my friend's flowers were delivered by a local florist.

SCAM & FRAUD! SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY & HEADACHES, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! The flowers you see on the website are just photos they made up to look good for their site, but you get $#*!TY LOOKING BOUQUETS and NOT anything similar to what you ordered. And they are NOT a florists company because they contracted several florists in your local areas accordingly to where you reside and have them put together a bouquet for you with possibly LEFTOVER flowers at the last minute. Which is what I received for an order over $200. Flowers were NEVER delivered and they LIED about it. WORST business ever!
