I'm trying to figure out why there are a few folks on here that keep insisting that they're having communication issues with BCA. They're pretty consistent about answering emails/phone calls anytime I've needed to contact them. I don't understand how you folks are having so many issues.
They answered me. They also took great care of me. Would suggest you stop trolling such a good company.
Every time I've called them they have picked up the phone for a problem with their product and they have straightened it out immediately. The thing people have to remember they are growing as a company and they are very very busy like every other gun manufacturer in this country, so Them some slack if they don't pick up your Phone call on the first ring. Keep trying to call them back or email them they will return your call or email, emailing them is probably the best thing to do. But I say this again every time I've called early morning they have picked up the phone.
They will return your calls or answer emails. I sent an email asking them too call me a few different time and was not 10 min after I sent email they were ringing my phone. They are very busy give them time.
