I am not sure how or when to apply BeFrugal. Sometimes a tab shows up on my computer when I place an online order & I select it however, I have no idea what to expect. I would love to know how to make the most of this app. Sometimes it isn't very easy. I see I have accumulated some rewards but I am certain there are times I could use it.
More than once I bought items though BeFrugal but never got the rebate. They make it impossible to report it because the date of the purchase isn't on the form you have to use and if the date is not in their system you can't submit the form. Will not waste my time with them in the future.

I use the money I get to save for the holidays or something I might need. It's my personal savings. I find that you get the most payouts from stores on BeFrugal than on other sites. Very happy with BeFrugal.
I wish I would have found this app many years ago. So easy to use and very user friendly highly recommend it.

Made purchase using befrugal click through and never reported the purchase. This included a bonus during that week they had to offer with 3 bucks for any site with 15 dollar purchase. Waited 25 days and nothing and tried to report via my click through and they said they cannot track it even though it is in there system. Do not offer eBay if you don't want to pay out. Back to topcashback as there customer service is top notch with any issue.
I like that you can request a pay out any time and that it offers some attractive offers. However, you can't collect on therse offers and the company doesn't value your loyalty. I have transactions that have "pending investigation" over a year and all I get told is I'll get paid when they receive the commission (there is no resoultion to these transactions and customer suffers because he trusted their offer). Also, I have purchases that have been verified since April which is way over 90 days that most companies follow but I still cannot request a payout because they have not become payable yet.
I love Befrugal. The perks and deals are awesome. And the payouts are easy to process. I recommend this to all my friends. Love it.

Once you place a purchase, they will typically update the pending cash back within 7 days of the purchase. If they do not update, we have resources to assist. Unfortunately, they only give us Up to 60 days to send them an inquiry regarding the pending cash back. If it is more than 60 days, we would not be able to send them the inquiry.
