You can't. I'm positive that they don't even have a customer service... lies.

When you ask a question, they reply. When you ask to cancel subscription they ignore you

You might as well throw your money out the window! I had to threaten legal action before they even responded! 6 months it took me!

You can't. There is no customer service phone number and no one replies to your emails. Save yourself the trouble and have nothing to do with this business. Worst customer service ever.

Impossible - I don't think they exist or they are just a band of robbers sat round the fire!

You can't get hold of them. That's the point. They redirect you to a site that is run by incompetents who want you to pay them to look into the problem. Sic joke

After repeated asking them to cancel and with them pushing me around in circles, I told them I'm calling my credit card to block their charges. They promptly responded with a confirmation of the subscription cancelation. So threat was the only way out of this scam.

It is a total scam. It seems these guys are located in Russia. I contacted my local Apple support office by phone- and only this stopped the scammers from charging my Apple account. Btw, you can't cancel the subscription by yourself through your Apple ID since the scammer don't list the charge as a subscription but as regular payment each time. So my advice: contact BY PHONE your local Apple/Google representative and make sure they block this app from charging you again. There is no other way around.

I'm writing this in the reviews because I can't find where to write, a comment, in the Pilaties exercises? It's dangerous and negligent on the apps behalf if you do not explain all of the exercises in each sequence. It's wonderful to have lovely music however, as a novice I would rather the exercises be properly explained, rather then providing a poorly illustrated image that gives no details as to how to get into the pose let alone which muscles are to be focused on. Please correct this oversight. Nadia
