I just did a quiz on line and purchased an individual plan. Where is it? I downloaded the app, and only get a huge menu of choices…nothing tailored.

Please accept our apologies for the delayed response.

After you installed the app you should log in with your BetterMe account in order to access the plan we generated for you. You will see your plan on the main page. Each day you will receive new workouts and meals to reach your goal.
