I ordered a timberland shearling jacket and received another brand and not the timberland shearling jacket i ordered or paid for, it is a cotton 'jeep' brand blazer. has anyone ever received what they ordered? and if so how did you get in contact with biichos and did they respond? did they send the correct item eventually?

Answer:

Same here. I ordered a pair of Timberland shoes on 12/21. My card was debited for $ 79.00 under the name "siwandianzistore, beijingshi cn" If you try to send a message to "Contact Us" it doesn't go through. At this point I think this is a scam out of China...
