on 8/6/15I work at a credit union. What I would recommend in this instance is canceling the card and then disputing unwanted charges. There is no way for the institution to cancel the subscription for you. However, as I said, we can issue you a new card number and help you dispute the charges that you did not authorize.

Try seeing if you can change it in the account settings. Obviously that FAQ says that won't work with an annual subscription, but I think it's worth a try.
Next, you could try to call them: +1-877-487-7272
If that doesn't work, many companies are responsive to people pestering them on social media because they don't want to look bad, so I would try putting something directly on their Facebook wall or tweeting at them. Just say exactly what you said here.
Hopefully one of these options will work for you! Good luck!
Hi. Can you call the bank that issues you the card and tell them to cancel the auto payment? I haven't gotten to the cancel process yet. This was a birthday gift from my friend and I didn't want to offend her, so I'm just dealing with it.
Hi i would. Call their customer. Service. Or just. Cancel the debit card or credit. Card it draws the money from and thwy will stop.
