I'm not sure why they're being flag for suspicious reviews, because they've been a great gaming platform for me to play on. They have always been professional and respectful. I made a purchase of $13 on bitcoin with cashapp, and sent the deposit to my account on bitbetwin, the receipt says order total $10,but they said they received $7, I asked for proof of them receiving $7 instead of the $13 I paid for a deposit of $10,my order id says order total $10, but they still say it's 7,without proof or anything on my receipt with a $7 received for tht order, my proof is my order receipt showing a order total of $10 completed
My deposit was delayed so I would miss out on points on free play redemption. Payment has been approved within the time I would have been able to redeem points for my deposit and my deposit instead was delayed. Previous deposit was del as delayed for over half a day. They won't send you a message to let you know that your deposit is delayed or on hold until you have to contact them to ask them why
I have been a customer for awhile now and It would be a lie to say that I have deposited money weekly...however I still deposit as much as I can. They took my winnings and then tried to blame it on me. They are liars and thieves and they shouldn't be in business at all because they are stealing our money. Had my withdraw on hold for two weeks give me every excuse under the book as to why but yet my friends are receiving theirs no problem. I been a player on Bitbetwin for over 2 years never had issues that customer service can't fixed, but as I speak I been sitting here waiting on my withdrawal for over 4 days, and all they been giving me is excuse after excuse why I haven't got my withdrawal. I keep getting denied for my withdrawal. They are using every trick in the book. They have denied my photos at 7 times to drag out paying me. If you have a lot of patience this will still be trying
