Had ordered 3 whopper with cheese extra lettuce and 3 large fry. They didn't put cheese or extra lettuce and when I tried say something about it the guy whom made the food started using profanity at me the shift Mgr standing right there when I say something to him he ask my why am I making a big deal of it. So I left, didn't receive what I paid for. I contact customer service about it all they do is apologize offer me a $5 coupon for my next visit and tell me there isn't anything else they can do about it. I will never return. They just stealing from people and getting away with it. Yes not receiving what you pay for is theft.

I went to the BK in central falls in lonsdale Ave. Worst service ever! Forgot to add something I ordered than had attitude when I went back around the drive through to ask for it. They ask do you have a receipt. Yes Ibhace the receipt! I just came through the drive through. Gives me the burger and it's wrong! Never going back there again! Only got 1 star because I had to put one to post my review!

After going to Burger king for 50 years or more we can no longer afford them. A breakfast that we use to get for $7.00 or $8.00 2 or three times a week is now $12.00 or $14.00. For folks on a fixed income that is out of our budget.

My husband placed an order at Burger King that is less than 1 mile from our home, the bun on his burger was rock hard, he asked for extra everything and none of the toppings were remotely close to having extra, and it was all cold by the time he got home (not even warm)
Just spent one hour in highland illinois burger King ordering waiting waiting waiting getting order leaving one hour after starting order. Meal was Luke warm no salt on fries onion rings overcooked burgers tasted old. They tried to give me a juice box with no straw. I wanted to ask them if they ever considered serving fast food and maybe serving it above 140 degrees

I dont usually write bad reviews, but this establishment is just the worst. The employees are rude and they make you feel like an inconvenience. This is not based on only one visit, this is numerous visits over the past 6 months. I will from now on drive the 7 miles out of my way to go to a Burger King that wants my business.

And not only was each one wrong but I was to home which is to far to go go back and have them correct it. Really how the hell do they stay in business? I will never give them another chance to get a dime from me. I will also discourage anyone from going there. I ordered 2 chi king spicy, whopper with cheese and I received not one correct item. Well this shows us where the minds of management really is. It's screw customer happiness and just give us the money.

If you order food online via the website or via the app for delivery, do so at your own risk. BK customer service is only reachable via email so do not expect any real time support when your food doesn't arrive or things are missing.
Secondly there are no refunds. You will be offered a partial credit (not even the full value) of the food you did not get.
Today I was offered a $10 coupon in place of $38.58 worth of missing burgers (before fees and taxes). Yes you are reading that correctly a $10 coupon for food that including fees came to over $40.
In the past they have done similar with smaller mistakes, offering back less than the cost of the food+fees.
I have reported this to the FTC and suggest other customers do similar if you have experienced the same. Their online delivery service is fraudulent.

I went through the drive through and I didn't even get a receipt. I asked for a plain hamburger with nothing but meat, cheese and bread that's it. Then I ordered a whopper junior. I ordered one french fry and one onion ring and two slushie drinks for $17, I don't think that was appropriate for what I got instead of what I ordered That's like $8.50 for a hamburger. When I got home and took the food out of the bag all I got Was two Cheeseburgers. I tried to call the store, but they just picked up the phone and then hung up on me every time.I called then finally.I got a voicemail and left a message. Haven't heard anything from anybody. That is a bunch of crap. I will never go back to Burger King. I haven't been to McDonald's in 20 years, So maybe I need to start doing that with burger king. I entered the 36th and Broadway Berger King ant 7:30 on a Tuesday evening. A table of customers setting with their food eating. I walked to the counter with on one there to help. After a few minutes the person bagging the food for the drive through started to acknowledge us when a voice from the back yelled out the light is still on make them wait. They must be being timed on how long a customer has to wait after they order their food. We waited almost 10 minutes at the counter before leaving without even a word from an employee. You can't call this fast food or service. Acknowledge the customer and telling them there is a wait is a better way to handle this situation. Not sure what else to even say about this situation.
I'm going to be nice but burgerking has to make a big change and this is the truth out if 10 times 9 times they get the ordered wrong.I go with a coupon of $6.47 coupon 2077 and instead of buy coffee I get two coke I get charged almost 10 dollars. It's not the 3 dollar over charge it that they charge correctly.
I recently visited Burger King located at 3470 so. Redwood Rd. S. L. C., UT. I stopped in for a Rodeo Burger. My experience was so impressive I'm taking time to express how friendly, outgoing and engaging the manager acted toward me.

I've had consistently positive experiences with the Burger King website. It's user-friendly, allowing for easy online orders and quick access to their menu and promotions. Plus, their delicious offerings keep me coming back for more!
I've eaten in many Burger King places in my travels. The one is Forest City, NC is by far, the best. What makes it the best, you ask? Cleanliness makes it the best. There is a very active senior woman who washes the tables, sweeps the floor, and takes out the trash. You won't see garbage on the floor from over-flowing trash bins. Nor, will you sit at a sticky table, which is enough to make you lose your appetite. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name because she was busy racing around to keep the place clean!
Why can't you get a fresh charbroiled mop her anymore? It's just a gray looking tasteless patty now what happened doesn't look anything like your advertisement or the way it used to be done. Very disappointed. I use to love the whopper.
