This is an absolute horror of an online business. They should be ashamed to carry luxury items - pathetic. They could take lessons from so many other business models but they choose to live as they have since their inception as they are older Than many other vendors. Such shady business practices. Never trust a vendor that cannot cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it when it has not shipped. I hope they go out of business soon.
If you buy from Bluefly and need to return the items, you'll most likely have to fight to have the money refunded. Also, if you take advantage of a free shipping promotion and return an item, Bluefly will refund your money MINUS both the original shipping cost to send you the items AND the return shipping; approximately $15.00 per item. I would not order from this company for something as important as bridesmaid dresses.
