on 12/7/15I recommend that you don't use Bonanza. But since you have, contact Bonanza and give them a chance to rectify it. If they do not contact the Better Business Bureau in the state that Bonanza is register in and file a complaint. You will have to be persistent because it has been my experience that Bonanza doesn't care.
Today is only the 7th and there is no mail on Sunday, so I wouldn't get too worried yet.
Also, if the item was very small, the post office doesn't allow tracking.
December is always bad for timely delivery due to the overload with the holidays. Add a day or two to your expected arrival.
I'll bet it shows up at your door by the end of the week.
I love Bonanza. Never had a single problem.
If you paid with pay pal you can check for the tracking number there. I'm not sure why seller is not responding since Bonanza provides the option to send buyer a message and provide shipping information the same as eBay does. Another issue I've noticed is that shipping info on 1st class is outdated if using USPS. The average days to deliver is now 6 days not the 3-4 days it used to be. Please let us know.
It likely will arrive by the end of the week if not contact your credit card company and do a charge back. Bonanza as a company is absolutely horrible but most sellers are ok.
Cancel your order call your bank or credit card to dispute the charge. It should not take more then a week to ship out a item within inside the United State. They should of provided a tracking. Good luck i never shop at Bonanza
