Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Bonanza staff and previous consumers.
What others said is true and well - but I must add that if you do want to gain from bonanza and generate real traffic to your booth - after a month or so of setting up shop and adding items + understanding the system - it would benefit you to get a membership. Good luck
I'm not sure I never importd of ebay but I think you can import just that amount. It's worth it if you get some business from it. I would sign up for the 6% advertising which is still less than ebay because most my selling is coming from google shoppi g on this site and once in awhile I get a bonanza buyer and I only have to pay 3%. You can save alot on fees. I pay 3-6% on sunglasses and ebay charges 10-15% and it's hard to make it worth your while on ebay.
You are dealing with the seller and the store owner. See their reputation. Purchase via PayPal. Then no issue can or will arise. Ensure the store on Bonanza accepts returns and read their return policy.
Hi Norma, I think the reviews on here are skewed. I'm also a seller on Bonanza and have had very good experiences with the site as well as support for when I have questions. If you noticed most of the negative reviews here are for sellers on Bonanza, not the actually Bonanza business itself. As someone who's thinking about selling online, you know that there will be scammers on every site, including eBay and Amazon. From my experience though, Bonanza's very diligent about keeping the scammers out. Here's another 3rd party site that has more reviews for you to look at. In the end, it's up to you to determine which place is right for you. I personally enjoy selling there. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bonanza.com
There are to many china sellers and drop shipper seller that dont have the items 50/50 you might get the item you purchase. I will never trust this site. Bonanza does nothing for you when there is a complaint they cant help you get your money back when there is a problem. They just say go contact the seller or go to paypal and file that all they can do for you. This site is like a thrid party not much they can do for you.
Hi Anthony~If you clarify which shoes you are speaking of I may be able to help you ~ As I dont have any shoes in my store at present~Thanks though~
File an Item not received at paypal they will handle the communication and also have a record of the communication. This will force the merchant to supply shipping and tracking information, which they should have already done. Shipping notifications are suppose to be automatic notifications to the buyer when the merchant uploads the tracking. Make sure you white list paypal emails and they are not in your spam folder, or maybe the merchant has not uploaded the information. An Inquiry or open case will get you started at paypal.
Yes, Vmini is correct. If you still have difficulty Bonanza has great customer service. You can always edit pricing manually but I realize that is time consuming if you have numerous listings.
Don't ever buy anything from this Web only if u get free this is the bad bad really bad backup service mean no back up service.
The first time I used this service I was ripped off by the seller, than about a week later my credit card that I used was compromised it's not that easy to put 2 & 2 together
