We feel that Armando did a great job and went out of his way to help us find accommodations.
We have been evacuated since Saturday and it has been very difficult finding a place to stay especially with a cat!

I called to book a room for my family for them to try and get away from hurricane helene. The hotel I originally wanted to book with was full but Alex was very help and found me and accommodating hotel that would also take it my families dogs. Luis was so wonderful helping me get a hotel close to our destination, at last minute. He was so kind, patient, and helpful. There was trouble getting card information through the system, and Luis made sure to find a different avenue for the payment so that I wouldn't lose the great deal he found. This was so much easier talking to a human, instead of going through multiple websites to find a place to stay. Thank you Luis!

A lot of people were checking in due to Hurricane Milton on the way and there was a brief line, but I was checked in quickly and was able to park right in front of my room. Daniel was very professional and the rooms are clean.

My husband and I are returning to Michigan from Florida, looking to stop in Tifton, ga. We have Hilton honors and reached out, stephen came in the phone, understood our needs and went above and beyond to find us one night accommodation in a nearby hotel, took one step further and booked it for us and e mailed our confirmation!

Great customer service she explained everything very clearly was able to take time to look for my rewards number and add it to my reservation sent me the information by email and sent me by text the rest of information need for the day of my stay

Christian was very helpful in explaining the rates and what was included in the room rental. He recommended the cancellation refund policy which I wanted. He answered all my questions and was very careful in verifying all my information. He was very polite and respectful.

Rosie was great. She was kind and went out of her way to book us a room where we wanted to stay. Even though the motel was full. She went into the cancelation list and found a room. And quickly booked it before it was taken. Thank you Rosie for great service!

It was the middle of the night I needed a room. I was exhausted. I called this number, and I was greeted by the most beautiful voice. I found my experience, relaxing, easy I found my representative was very knowledgeable and every single way, friendly and kind. I think she needs a raise.

It was so easy this morning to book my reservation this morning. Jessmae was efficient and very pleasant to speak with. I tried to make reservation last night the man agent was not helpful and said there was no room available and I was looking at it on the screen😡. He said I did not have the right screen. I told him good bye.
I called this morning and Jessmae took care of my reservation in 10 minutes. I was looking at the same screen I was looking at last night.

Tyler is wonderful. The first person I spoke with couldn't get a confirmation and disconnected the call, so i automatically thought I had gotten scammed. However, I called again and I got Tyler on the phone. He eased my mind and assured that it wasn't fraud and he answered all of my questions. Not only is he knowledgeable about his job, he is hilarious. We stayed on the phone a good while just cracking up and making jokes. He knows how to talk to his customers and I am very appreciative of that. He also gave me a cheaper rate than the first guy because he could tell I was worried and stressed out. Tyler deserves a nice Christmas bonus and/or raise. I do hope you all are paying him accordingly. I highly recommend this speaking to Tyler is you can get him on the line!

The person helping us to reserve a room on the phone was very nice. The frustration came when we would just about be done reserving and he'd say, oh, it just got taken and we'd start over and go through the process, and the same thing would happen as we were finalizing the reservation. It finally accepted the reservation on the 3rd try! Each time he'd try putting it through again, the price would go up. He would say it's because it's the weekend. But why the rise in the rate each time for the same size room? Just frustrating! Again, our assistant was kind and courteous though!

This was my first time in my adult life (42yrs), I could not figure out what needed to be done vs what I was doing or lack there of. The said customer rep took her time and even gave a great suggestion which I most definitely implemented. Ultimately getting what I need!

Mr. Carlos Edward was polite, helpful and made sure that my reservations were eventually satisfied to my being reassurance.
