I needed a textbook for a new qualification I am doing at work. On Amazon it was around £80 but from here I was able to get a second hand copy in great condition for £30. It has made life so much easier!

I would have put 5 stars but I was surprised to have to pay COD charges at the pickup location. This was not mentioned anywhere during the ordering process and I would expect to have a duties invoice if it was customs Canada charging me. No explanation anywhere for this unknown amount I was forced to pay to get my already paid book. Other than that, it arrived on the earlier side of the delivery range and the book was al in perfect condition.

Hi, I recently purchased a textbook & quickly learned I won't be needing it this semester. I submitted an inquiry asking if I can return the textbook & I have yet to receive a response. It's almost been 3 weeks.
Update: The company reached out and provided a return label. Extremely grateful, wish it didn't take a sassy review to get y'all's attention.

Ordered a book via Abebooks. My order was fulfilled by BooksRun. The book arrived quickly, and, although it is a used book, it was in like new condition. Buying used is the most cost effective way to purchase books.

I normally use standard shipping, especially if it's a difference between free and a charge. Books Run delivered earlier than expected, information about the shipping was posted to my email often and the book looked new with no shipping damage. The packaging was minimal but (less landfill) very protective.

Easy purchase with no hiccups, and at good prices! Delivery time is average even though that's the carrier's responsibility. No complaints whatsoever.

Searching on the BOOKSRUN site was easy. The books were much cheaper than other places like Chegg and they had most of the books I needed. I wish I had found them sooner when I got my associate's degree! Once ordered, the books came super fast and in great shape. I will be browsing/ordering again in the future.

The complete experience of selling these old textbooks was very easy. I should've done it sooner. I would probably have gotten more money.
