I need ongoing computer help and i cannot leave my home to get it. i am afraid they will log on to my computer and steal my information. how safe is it to let the computer experts take control of your computer?

If you are talking about Boxaid, then we are very safe. We leave NO software on your computer when we are done fixing it. Privacy is very important to us at Boxaid. I would like to ask a question if i may. i have malwarebytes for my only virus protection. do you think, that i would be ok, if i used malwarebytes

Yes if you are using the premium version of malwarebytes then yes it is doing real time scanning as you access files like any other AV product out there.

Do you have yearly service contracts, if so, what is offered? i would rather pay a fixed annual price for unlimited service than pay as you go service

Unfortunately we do not offer yearly service contracts. Only pay as you go. The reason is because the quality of service suffers with yearly contracts and you may have problems that we can't fix. We don't want to charge our customers for anything we may not be able to fix.
