If you are talking about Boxaid, then we are very safe. We leave NO software on your computer when we are done fixing it. Privacy is very important to us at Boxaid. Unfortunately we do not offer yearly service contracts. Only pay as you go. The reason is because the quality of service suffers with yearly contracts and you may have problems that we can't fix.
