I have just reactivated my profile two days ago (back five years ago it was fine as I got messages from real people)
I was just reading the upgrade thing as they suggest and I sense that I won't be able to do a thing without paying some $
(By the way I'm Brazilian lady asking herself the same question as you and now raising suspicions abt its veracity.)
