I used to apply another bank's mobile application and services. I can tell they are pretty the same with this one. But everything is about details. This company's application is designed very well, so you do not see any extra functions, only those you need. Sometimes it can look a bit blank, but I guess it is much better than tons of information on your screen. Another thing to discuss: company is eco-friendly. It is very important nowadays. I wonder why company has so little information about it on the official website, guess they could add more there.

“If you lost all the savings on your Bunq account. You are not alone”

This is a serious warning: As a witness of such a case, I found out that lots of clients lost all their savings due to actions (passive and active) of Bunq itself. People who absolutely didn't do anything wrong get lost in a swamp of bot-created reactions (that are set up as if they are communicating with true people) that all result in exactly the same: Freezing of bankaccounts resulting in a full delete including savings. And no one ( unless you go to court for months and months) will get a money restitution. Please before you open a Bunq account, go and read the absurd reviews of so many Bunq clients who report all the same theft (by Bunq) The photo (dutch) shows the result of actions taken by Bunq. The only response are bot reactions that say how important it is to secure your money... but all of it is gone! Really gone. Even the proposed procedure to follow, to reactivate this bank account only lead to an empty blocked account. This is just horrible. And no, there are no other communication lines than bots with automatic standard reactions that do not cover anything that is asked, told or issued..

I was scammed 800eur from a person from this bank. Reading the reviews from the bank which the scammer is at: Tunisstraße 19-23,******* Köln, Germany, looks like i'm not the only one. More than 15 people have been scammed by the same place. What measures are you taking about it? One person was defrauded of 6,500 euros. The government should do something to close this bank. Security and fraud prevention should be a top priority for a bank whose slogan is "bank of The Free". I am more than disappointed with the feedback and correspondence I have received from the bank in the process of identifying the fraudster and getting my money back.

Would NEVER recommend the bank to anyone.

Working overtime is essentially required, but unfortunately, it's not paid. The management, starting from the CEO, discourages voice and ideas from below and managers fail to create speak-up cultures. So many rules & regulation to follow, lots of micro management and you have to update them daily in order for them to check that you're doing your job.

There are many reasons why people decide to go with physical banks. One of mine is that it is easy to storm into the bank and disturb customer service when things go wrong. But digital banks have their advantages as well. From my time here, digital banks are;
+ just as reliable and can be held accountable
+ more convenient
+ equipped with more options for account types

It was wondering to me to find out that there is an opportunity to create many sub-accounts. It's so convenient that I can share these accs with my family member with a pretty unsophisticated interface.
Of course, 25 sub accs is more than enough, but the company charges extra fee if I wanna open more than 25.

Due to the full-fledged information about the company's services in the help center I managed to open th account here quickly and without any extra hassle.
Other than that, Help center contains tons of information about sub accounts, joint accounts, currencies that might be chosen and proposed plans. This bank certainly bets on ensuring convenient environment.

I am using this app not like a bank but like a wallet. I don't do much banking but the app is extremely useful if you need to send money abroad on a daily basis. You can use almost 40 different currencies and send money, make payments for services in people's local currency.

I thought it was just money app. Well, it actually is. It helps you manage your money and personal finance. It may have some additional features that you can't find elsewhere yet, at least I didn't run into such features elsewhere.
I can tell you what I really liked about this app though. It has an enhanced feel of security when you are using it, which I think is super necessary.

Bunq pack is something that I've never met before at the banking establishments.
Me and my mates can now reduce the banking costs, and have cool conditions simultaneously.

I think it's a good option for young people. Since youngsters as a rule have limited funds that must be managed properly. The company's budgeting tools allow us to do so with ease.

I did not have any major expectations when I joined. The app certainly made a few banking operations easy for me. It's like this "bank" is always open, up and running. But you can also do in-house deposits, you can also get a physical card, you can get multiple ibans, so it certainly seems like a virtual bank with a physical presence. Surely worthwhile to check out these services.

I got my account 2 months ago and i've already saved a ton with the automatic round up feature! I love how easy it is to use and its perfect for expats that can't get their BSN yet. It's made my life so easy and everyday i keep learning about the million benefits it has. Although the customer service is a little slow i found answers to all my questions on their website.

Tip for consumers:
Check out their website when you have questions, way faster than support and they've got basically everything there even tutorials

The only thing I regret I haven't found this bank earlier. I used to have a common bank, but its mobile app was just not easy to master, too many information and navigation was out of control. That is why I appreciate this company's application. It is easy to operate and perfectly optimized.

Guys, let me draw your attention to the business account that bunq offers.
I was blown away when I discovered it, the number of features it offers is a no-match for other banks.
Imagine having a business account that offers:
- Sub-accounts
- Multiple cards
- Bookkeeping.
There is no need to imagine this, cause it already exists. All of these lifesaving features are available within bunq's business account.
The bookkeeping task, which is in nature a pretty boring but necessary thing, has become much simpler for me. You can integrate your bookkeeping software with your account on bunq, and after that, the process more or less runs automatically. All you need is to monitor.
Another feature that comes in handy is the automatic export of transactions, and the app sends a statement for you to your bookkeeper. I am sure we all have been there, forgot to send a statement and search for it in your old records.

I think I found my perfect online banking service. I like pretty much everything about this company. Starting from the app and the UX of it, to the extraordinary functionality.
I know that other online banks don't have the same amount of features. I have some experience with them.

I want to not just write a few positive words about this company. I would like my review to include some evidence that this bank provides excellent services to its customers.
Here are just a few services that I think make this bank a great choice:

- The ability to create a large number of digital cards. As a customer of this bank, I can create up to 25 such cards. Of course, I don't need that many. But this capability is amazing.

- I can also order a physical card. By the way, they even have metal cards.

- Modern technology such as Google Pay and Apple Pay allows me to connect the card to my smartphone. By the way, I have been connected to this service for a long time.

I am going to be totally honest with you, I pay 18 euros for this app monthly. It may seem like a big deal, but the benefits I get in return completely exceed the monetary value of the few euros I pay every month. It is just amazing. You can't do any of this on your own without the help of this bank. Amazin.

I mean, they say that they allow you to bank like a local, but they are actually doing far more than that, especially if you travel a lot, it helps you big time abroad! FX conversion rates are great too.

Of course, it is difficult to imagine a bank that would be perfect in all services. But bunq is obviously close to such an ideal. I truly liked how they categorized their plants with different prices. Because some people only send and receive some money, others can use this app a lot more in-depth and need a lot of features.
