IMPOSSIBLE THEY REFUSED EMAILS PHONE CALLS AND WRITTEN LETTERS.
Pick up the phone during business hours. Purchase was pre Covid.
Near impossible and when you do don't be surprised if they hang up on you. Chat works but won't help you if you have a problem with an order.

Not difficult, but staff. And customer service is horrible
EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. They do not answer the phones and will reply to your email after 3 to 4 weeks IF you're lucky.
Very easy just call the 1800 toll free number. I placed my order over the phone with a rep!
